After more than two weeks of use, I can confidently say there were no PMS issues, unpleasant sensations, or breast pain. However, I did experience a slight delay in my cycle, which is unusual for me. I plan to continue taking it.

I frequently use this brand and typically consume folic acid alongside myo-inositol. My cycle has become more regular and there is no longer swelling before my period. My appetite has decreased dramatically, and premenstrual syndrome is now absent. Importantly, I am now ovulating.

Regular intake of two capsules improves my migraines.
